Was about 80 degrees with the sun shining. Yesterday was 80 degrees with over cast conditions. Yesterday was easier. First two miles I tried to do the second faster than the first even though the uphill is significant starting at 1.5 miles. Mile 3 goal was to complete it under 10. At @3.25 I walked in the shade for about 7 minutes. Goal for mile 4 was to keep it down as close to 10 min pace as possible. At @4.5 I went into a store and got more water. Maybe a 2 min stop. Goal for 5 and 6 was to run hard and have 6 be faster than 5. Later in the day running goes better for me. My foot is still stiff and later will be more stiff and a little painful. I go to the dr.
