AM Eagar. 40:26 with 9:59 pace. 10:26 10:17 9:42 and 9:37 with 24 sec. Hilly course. I am noticing that even when I get to the downhill parts of my course, my cadence doesn’t pick up. Will try to work on that in the coming weeks. My knee pain is gone today after this run. My right heel still is stiff and tender. I need to get some more better shoes.
