Holbrook. 1:00:43 with10:01 pace. 9:51, 9:23, 10:13, 10:03, 10:08, and 10:22 plus 41 sec. My max VO2 has been 50 or 51 and currently went back to 50. My cadence is usually in the green zone with some blue. My training effect is 2.8 today. I am not sure if I ever get above 3. I would have to go back and look at my best workouts to know. My ave. HR today was 135 with a max of 163 today. I. Don't think I get my max that high usually.
Also did core workout before run. 40 times everything. Min high plank.
